Does anyone know toll free customer number to purchase a magic jack ?

Voice mails will be delivered to you by e-mail.
I am unable to use my computer when I talk because then the sound will lag, it is not much about the internet, but rather it is my computer. Pentium 4/D 512mb RAM, W7.
The installation is easy all you have to do is plug in the magic jack and register.
You can use it on different computers.
ATT before Magic Jack= $35, after magic jack= $15. I still wonder about my electricity bill
After 8 months I have only had one problem, and a droped call.

I have a 1 1/2 year old $300 Emachine (windows 7) computer and a cable internet connection and my 2 week old Magic Jack makes me happy. It drops calls sometimes and sometimes people complain a little about our connection but I’m saving $600 a year over a cable company phone service that was only a little better in quality.
BridgetoSomewhere says:
PS That’s true about not paying more phone bills, but if you have dsl, you will need to keep your landline or choose another type of service. I don’t recommend using MJ with no other phone options because your computer may need to go into the shop or there are sometimes outages.. Been lucky for some time, but used to have a lot of outages, one lasted for 2 weeks before the techs w/my isp found the problem.
BridgetoSomewhere says:
I have a fast computer and really like mine. I don’t even have to bother to plug the phone in, use the ext cord so I can use the other USB ports. I just dial with the keypad. People can hear me fine and I can hear them, had to tweak a few things. I only got it for the occasional long distance calls I need to make but wanted to test out incoming. My son saw the regular number, have to dial that first then the number between the asterisks, don’t dial those. So that works. No ads yet.
4cClubT says:
well I just thought I could plug it in-maybe it needs to be tweeked with a dual core, got on the other night and was more clear than the landline—-even if I dont get it working right -40 bucks & I can be reached when my pay as I go runs out is worth having a1 minute line before it chops-I take it back what I said about jack for now
CubeComputerChannel says:
@4cClubT Ok, then your internet must be okay, but what are the specs on your PC? A dual-core CPU is what I recommend as a minimum.
4cClubT says:
sorry I got fios verizon high speed -dont think it can get any faster
CubeComputerChannel says:
@joemusiclover your computer may be bs but the magicJack is not. If your computer is old, or you have a bad internet connection, of course you’re going to have a sucky experience. All the MJ device does is store some software, and digitally connect your telephone to the computer. Your computer is responsible for the remaining tasks of running the software, along with placing/receiving calls. If the computer has a weak CPU, then it won’t do a good job of encoding/decoding the sound information.
CubeComputerChannel says:
@Ratacon2004 Yes, it will have to remain on.
CubeComputerChannel says:
@luis6069 The information in this video is outdated. Do not return the MJ as it works very well and does have NC Area Codes. This video should be deleted, as it was from the early days of magicJack.
CubeComputerChannel says:
@4cClubT How bout you replace the computer running the magicJack and upgrade your internet connection. It’s not the MJ. It’s your computer’s processor to blame, or the internet connection.
Ghaley78 says:
Magic Jack does not work!!! I cannot understand a word the person is saying
4cClubT says:

XxDrD34THxX says:
cheap ass connection is shit LOL
TheAngryAmericanwon says:
the upside, it works and affordable! Downside you need a regular land line for your house!! overall pleased, though I am pleased with my Vonage services as well..
Haitianboss15 says:
@joemusiclover why
keyzone72 says:
@joemusiclover Why is it B.S. ?
luis6069 says:
I’m fixing to return this MJ after reading a little about this item .
Thanks for your advice guys !
(too good to be truth)
chubsoda says:
I’ve had a MJ for two years April and I’ve experienced some problems big and small. I think most of my problems are because of my ten year old e-machine computer that I am using. But I am using it because of its 120 power supply which does not cost me much in electricity otherwise, it would not be worth the cost savings to have it. I can call France for pennies on the dollar. It’s worth having it.
Ratacon2004 says:
Do you have to have your computer on to be able to use magic jack phone?
kilo54 says:
This is THE BEST !! , Bought it, installed it and using it now…..I’m saving over $1200.00 a year from switching from Verizon, they were raping me all this time…..that money is going to come in handy for vacation.
